District Annual Meeting

• 09:00 am – Rehearsal of the District Grand Lodge of Romania Ritual Team
• 10:30 am – Coffee break
• 11:00 pm – The District Grand Lodge of Romania Annual Meeting ceremony
• 02:00 pm – Festive Board

The Masonic Ceremonies will take place at “CARO HOTEL-EVENTS CENTRE”.

Dress code: Mark dress & regalia (black/dark suit, mark aprons, collar and tie, jewel)

LADIES DAY – a separate program organized during the day

• 09:00 am-11:00 am – Visit to the National Peasant Museum of Romania
• 11:30 am–3:30 pm – Ready, Steady, Cook – demonstration cooking class
• 4:00 pm – return to CARO

Gala Dinner

Day 3 – 13th October 2024:

One day trip to Mud Volcanoes, Pietroasele and Sărata Monteoru

• 08:30 am – Departure by coach to the Mud Volcanoes
• 10:00 am – arrival to the Mud Volcanoes
• 11:30 am – departure to The vineyards and the winery at Pietroasele
• 01:00 pm – arrival to Pietroasele; vineyard visit and wine tasting
• 3:30 pm – transfer to Sarata Monteoru; outlaw lunch in Sarata Monteoru
• 8:00 pm – departure to Bucharest
