• 12:30 pm – Consecration ceremony of a new Mark Lodge – see attached program
• 03:00 pm – Presentations and lecture session – W. Bro. Catalin Turliuc (Romania) and W. Bro. Glen Coneley (Sussex)
• 07:00 pm – Welcome dinner at 6^th floor of “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”

Day 3 – Saturday, 11th October 2025

1. Annual District Communication
   • • The Masonic Ceremonies will take place at 6^th floor of “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”
     • Dress code: Mark dress & dressed regalia (black/dark suit, mark dressed apron and collar, mark jewel and tie)
     • Price: 39 euro/person
   • 09:00 am – Rehearsal of the District Grand Lodge of MMM of Romania Ritual Team
   • 10:30 am – Coffee break
   • 11:00 pm – The District Grand Lodge of Romania Annual Meeting ceremony
   • 02:00 pm – Festive Board
2. LADIES DAY – a separate program organized during the day
   • • Travelling: By coach
     • Dress code: Casual
     • Price: 59 euro/person
   • 09:00 am – Meet the guide at the reception of “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”
   • 09:15 am – 4:00 pm – Trip, visits and activities according to the attached program
   • 05:00 pm – return to “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”
3. GALA DINNER
   • • The Gala Dinner will be organized at the 6^th floor of “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”

Day 4 – Sunday, 12th October 2025:

• One day trip to Ostrov Domains and Danube boat river Cruise

  • 08:30 am – Meet the guide and pick up bus from “MARSHAL GARDEN HOTEL 5*”
  • 09:00 am – Departure by coach to Giurgiu/Oltenita
  • 10:30 am – Boat cruise on Danube river departing from Giurgiu/Oltenita
  • 2:00 pm – Arrival to the Ostrov Domains Vineyards and Winery – guided tour, grapes cultivation and local traditions presentation, wine testing
  • 3:00 pm – Romanian lunch with local traditional dishes and wine selection, Romanian traditional music and entertainment
  • 7:00 pm – Departure to Bucharest
