Day 1: 6 June 2025 – Arrival and welcome dinner

Guests will be welcomed in the airport official lounge. A welcome protocol will take place and then the transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the UNIVERS T Hotel in Cluj Napoca (address: Str. Alexandru Vaida Voevod 53-55, Cluj Napoca, Cluj County, Romania).

Room rates:

• Single room: 83 euro /night (inluding breakfast, free parking)
• Twin room: 99 euro /night (inluding breakfast, free parking)

 

Starting 8:30 pm a welcome dinner is organized in the LUNA restaurant inside the UNIVERS T Hotel.

• Dress code: Casual
• Wives/partners are welcomed
• Cost: 55 euro /person
• The program of the evening will include special Romanian entertainment with popular music and dancing with the famous dancing assembly “CRAISORUL MUNTILOR”.

Day 2: 7 June 2025 – Lodge meeting and dinner

10:00 am – Meeting in front of the hotel for transfer to the Temple

10:30 am – Arriving at the Temple

11:00 am – Coffee break

11:30 am – TMIL 1975 lodge meeting

1:30 pm – Transfer to the Festive board location (str. Libertatii 319G, Cluj Napoca, Romania)

2:00 pm – Festive board

• Dress code: Mark “Dress” regalia
• Cost festive board: 35 euro /person

8:00 pm – dinner

• Location: VENUS Restaurant inside the UNIVERS T Hotel
• Dress code: Smart Casual
• Wives/partners are welcomed
• Price: 65 euro /person

Special entertainment program including international and Romanian popular music and dances and many other surprises.

NOTE: A ladies program will be organized on 07 June 2025 starting at 10:30 am from the Hotel.

Day 3: 8 June 2025 – Day trip

09:30 am – leaving from the Hotel to Alba Iulia castle (Alba Carolina)

• Dress code: Casual
• Cost: 80 euro/person (inclusing transportation, lunch and wine testing)
• Option: Complete tour of the Alba Carolina castle with guard changing ceremony – 25 euro/person

Day 4: 9 June 2025 – Day trip

10:00 am – leaving from the hotel

• Turda Salt Mine. Ticket cost (guided tour): 10 euro/person
• Visit at the Cheile Turzii natural reservation
• Traditional lunch at the “Poarta Apusenilor” complex including visiting a local farm of different domestic animals
